Hydraulic Fluid Line: Team Tube stocks Hydraulic Fluid Line in both Seamless and Electric Resistance Welded grades. Designed and processed to insure the clean ID necessary for hydraulic systems. Both grades are designed to meet the same minimum bursting pressures. Both products are produced in such a way to allow for easy bending and flarability.

  • HFL Seamless is produced from cold drawn 1010 steel and meets AMS 5050-G, JOC specs, ASTM A-179, and SAE J524.
  • HFL ERW is made from .18 maximum carbon steel. Material is normalized for ease of bending and is double flarable. Meets SAE J356 and J525b.
  • Stocked in ¼” – 1.5” OD; .028” - .120” wall thickness
  • Pressure tested to 1,000 PSI.
  • Ends are capped to protect ID’s.
  • Pressure tested at a fiber stress of 20,000psi or an actual pressure test of 5000 psi
  • Stocked in 20’-24' lengths
