Hydraulic Fluid Line: Team Tube offers Hydraulic Fluid Line (HFL) in both Seamless and Electric Resistance Welded grades. Designed and processed to insure a clean ID necessary for hydraulic fluid line systems. Both grades are designed to meet the same minimum bursting pressures. Both products are produced in such a way to allow for easy bending and flaring.

  • HFL Seamless is produced from cold drawn 1010 steel and meets AMS 5050-G, JIC specs, ASTM A-179, and SAE J524b
  • HFL ERW is made from .18 maximum carbon steel. Material is normalized for ease of bending and flaring. Meets SAE J356 and J525b
  • Stocked in ¼” OD – 2.0” OD; .028” wall - .120” wall thickness
  • Seamless tubing supplied shall have been tested at not less than 1,000 lbs. hydrostatic test pressure
  • Ends are capped to protect ID’s.
  • Pressure tested using the nondestructive Eddy Current Test.
  • Stocked in 20’-24' lengths
  • Zinc plated OD also available
