401(k) Retirement Plan

To provide funds for your future financial security and retirement, you are eligible to join the plan if you are at least 18 years of age and have completed 30 days of Service with the Company. 

Associates may participate with salary reduction contributions to the plan (1-15% of your pay).  Team Tube provides a matching contribution of 50% of the first 6% of pay you contribute to the plan through salary deferral.  Team Tube, at its discretion (based on company profitability) may make a once a year additional contribution to your 401(k) account.

Profit Sharing Plan

Team Tube wants all associates to have an impact and contribute to the success of the company.  The Company in return has a profit sharing plan where associates receive a percentage of the Company’s profits. 

Holidays

Team Tube offers 9 paid holidays and 1 paid floating holiday each year.

 Vacations

Associates who have completed a period of continuous full-time employment with Team Tube are entitled to a paid vacation, based on years of service.

 10 Years of Service Award

In recognition of an associate's contribution to the success of our company, after ten years of service, an associate is awarded a month long Sabbatical.  This month long sabbatical consists of 2 weeks of their regular vacation and a one time award of an additional 2 weeks.  As an additional award for an associate's dedication and service, a cash payment is given to make this unique opportunity special.
